Rare 811 Lounge Chair by Gio Ponti for Cassina Italy c. 1956
Produced by Cassina. Walnut frame with original rubber strapping and newly upholstered seat pad. An example of this chair was included in the exhibition, “Tutto Ponti,” at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, France. h. 33.5" w. 28" d. 37.5"
Very good condition. Wood has been touched up, and seat pad has been reupholstered.
